Key responsibilities and accountability - includes but is not limited to:岗位职责 包括但不仅限于：
1.    Work on drawing with Auto CAD or other software as getting KIT design from sales manager;
根据需求设计和画图
2. Preare BOM,routing for quotation,prepare drawings for production;
准备物料清单、报价以及生产图纸
3. Ensure RFQ is done as required,and new kits are indroduced to production smoothly;
确保报价需求是按照要求完成，且使新产品顺利导入生产
4. Organize and form kits team from relevant functional departments as introducing new kits;
组织和引导团队进行新产品的导入
5. Work closely with sales manger ,CS and production ;
与销售团队以及生产部门紧密合作
6. Seek continuous improvement and cost saving ideas/opportunities;
不断的改进和控制成本
7. Travel to visit customer for kit fitting,customer could be outside China.
出差进行产品调试，且有国外客户
8. Other task assigned by superior;
其它上级安排的工作
9. Understand and strictly follow safety and environment instructions for all specific jobs, ；
理解和严格遵守所有涉及安全/环境相关工作的要求；
Education and experience  教育学历和工作经验：
1. 本科学历，机械、机电一体化或自动化相关专业，25-35岁；
2. 3+ years experience in mechanical/marine/vehicle/aerospace manufacturing,
3年以上的机械/船舶/汽车/航天航空制造经验
Required knowledge, skills and abilities 必备的知识、技能和能力：
1. To be familiar with manufacturing processing and processes’ controlling,
熟悉生产工艺以及制程控制
2. Expert of AutoCAD and 3D software ,know how to use Rhino is better.
熟练操作AutoCAD和3D软件，能够操作 Rhino优先考虑
3. Experience with production/workshop is preferred
有生产经验的优先
4. Strong English skills in speaking and writing,
较强的英语口语和书写能力
5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,able to work independently
较强的分析和解决问题技巧，能够独立作业
6. Self motivated, team working respected,willing to travel.
